my kimhyunjoong craze is back! wahahaha. the Korean version of 恶作剧之吻 🙂 i’ve never watched the other versions, so yayy. (he can’t act for nuts btw. but who cares hahaha.)
i have quite a few half-written blog entries saved in my draft folder which never get to see the light of day cos either 1) i’m too lazy to finish writing them, or 2) they get out-dated by the time i feel like posting them. lol.
my appetite has increased tremendously. i get hungry every 3 hours at work omg.
you know you’re slowly getting left behind in this technological age when you see a guy in front of you on the bus DOING his chemistry tutorial (CM1131! KL what module is that? haha) on his iPad.
Vampire Diaries and The Big Bang Theory’s coming out in Sept woot! for now i’m just content with True Blood plus the 9 pm show on Channel 8 🙂 one of the very few Mediacorp tv series worth watching.
work-wise, i’m actually looking forward to the start of weekly lab meetings again cos sometimes in that span of 1 hour or so i feel that i learn more than i do in an entire week put together.
hmmm. why is it that when you’re free there’s really nothing to be done, but when you’re busy everything piles up all at the same time?
i’ve watched the Glee season finale like three times but still can’t get over it!! haha. lovelovelove it 🙂

and tonight’s the big match! can’t wait! i take back the last bit of my previous entry, cos even though i don’t mind either winners, deep down inside i’m rooting for Spain. lol.
btw last night’s 3rd place play-off was worthy of any final man. loved it! adrenaline rush from start to finish. i wanted Germany to win, but at the end of the match i felt so sorry for Uruguay cos they played SO well. it was such a close call.

meanwhile, here’s the most touching moment on Glee to date (at least to me!), when the Glee cast sang Imagine with a group of deaf students. too bad i can only find the audio of it on youtube.
yet another reason for me to visit England (apart from watching a match live at Anfield): to take a picture with my hero. 🙂 🙂 🙂

i’m SO hooked on The Big Bang Theory. it’s seriously laugh-till-you-cry kind of funny. science geeks ftw! short 20-minute episodes in between experimental waiting time in the lab = bliss at work.
yet another season of Heroes is over! damn sad. but Lost is finally back so yay to that. 😀 final season! wonder how it’ll end. all those unanswered questions accumulated through the years!
CNY feels super different this year. i didn’t even bother buying new year clothes lol.
last night i was watching the episode of Flash Forward that went on about ‘the blue hand’, and then this morning i spotted this on the door of one of the labs near mine. LOL. i just had to take a photo of it!

i find it absurdly amusing how Channel 5 has to resort to showing clips of Ken Lim emphasizing on how the next sg idol has to be one that can represent Singapore on a global stage etc etc, in the hope that people will start voting for talent. and not looks/popularity/how rich the family is. Mediacorp’s getting desperate i guess, seeing how all the good singers (but unfortunately not of the XY chromosome type and hence cannot garner enough votes) are getting voted off one by one!
haven’t ran for weeks! couldn’t run when i was sick for almost a month, and when i’m finally well now, it rains on the days i want to run. thanks.
i love stocking up on food in the office. today i added wang wang to my stash of london choco rolls and Khong Guan lemon puffs. tomorrow i’ll bring peanut butter crackers 😀 wooot. (thinking of) food makes me happy.
